I think this cartoon is really funny because this surgeon using a butter knife to help his patient and it looks like the surgeon is going to cut his patient with the butter knife. At first I didn’t understand the cartoon but then I looked at it again and I laughed. The cartoon looks like a funny picture and that’s why I like it.
